TEAM MEMBER

This is a well-connected, organized woman who has a great excitement for the TOFW program. She will assist the team captain and team lead in helping to promote the event in the local area and with some of the tasks at the event.

TEAM MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

  

• ·         Participate in TEAM TRAINING Webinar

  ·         The Team Member’s main role is to PUBLICIZE the TOFW event in your area.

  ·         Make a list of ALL the women you know in the event area and identify how you can best contact them (email, phone, brochure etc.).

  ·         Distribute TOFW brochures to your friends and family in the area.

  ·         Read the BLOG UPDATES weekly and COMMENT each week on the blog post.

  ·         Help women to gather in groups (not responsible for selling tickets) for best registration price.

  ·         Submit Scholarship Registration information for women in need.

  ·         Send any and all feedback/comments to captain (she will pass onto TOFW)

  ·         Assist with a pre-event task on Friday & Saturday of event, such as distributing catalogs & tote bags, seat ushering and more. (Assignments will come 4 weeks out).

  ·         SHARE THE GOOD! Continually promote the event by being creative and enthusiastic about this great opportunity coming to your area.

  PLEASE NOTE: Team members will receive a free registration for the entire weekend. They will still be able to enjoy the entire event and will even have a reserved seat.
