WEEKLY BUSINESS

Team Brochures & Totes If you have completed training and provided mailing address to your captain you should have received your brochures or will be getting them soon!

Training: There are a few on the team that have not completed training yet.  Team Training is mandatory and needs to be complete by May 31st.  If you haven't been trained, please view the recorded training instructions on the last post.

More TEAM Members: We are still in need of team members around the Denver area.  Specifically in the following stakes: Parker, Westminster, Laramie WY,  Castle Rock, Golden, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, and Littleton.  Do you know anyone in those stakes?  If you do, WE NEED THEM!  Please tell your captain right away if you have a referral for the team.

WEEKLY BUSINESS

Team Brochures & Totes: I requested your brochures & tote bag mailings yesterday, so you should expect to see them in the next week if you have completed training and provided mailing address to your captain.  

Training: All Team Training needs to be complete by May 31st.  If you haven't been trained, please view the recorded training as instructed below.

TEAM TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS (complete ASAP):

1) Click on the following link to listen to and watch a recording of a previously recorded Team Training: https://tofw.webex.com/tofw/lsr.php?AT=pb&SP=EC&rID=46417187&rKey=7a8341e3ff707476

2) Your web browser will show a WebEx screen.

3) Click “Playback”, you will then be required to register so we know who you are.  Click “Submit”.

4) Network Recording Player should automatically load (if it doesn’t, allow the down load in your browser’s notification).

5) The training will begin playing automatically. 

6) Listen to/watch the training in its entirety.

7) Once you have completed the recording please tell your Team Captain you have completed the training.  And let her know if you have any questions about the training.

NOTE: When playing back this version of the training, you can let them know that they can skip the Roll Call which happens between 2:01 and 11:17 on the timer located in the bottom left corner.

In order to do that successfully, we need to make sure that you are first very connected and always "in the know"!
